Negative Equity Mortgages Just Make Sense!

In the UK the banking group Llyods TSB recently started to offer Negative Equity Mortgages to their existing customers. No such mortgage product exists in Ireland yet but there is a real need for one. If you look at the figures, it just makes sense, not only for Negative Equity Homeowners but also for our under capitalised Banks.

Mortgage Interest Rates 2011, The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

I am going to kick off this years first blog with a look at what I see as the good, the bad and the ugly of Mortgage Interest rates in 2011. I'm a big fan of Clint Eastwood and love the film the good the bad and the ugly.
